One of the directors travelled to the Home of Ayurveda in India, All State, where he experienced the full benefit of Ayurveda. The directors decided that they would introduce Ayurveda to Europe in its purest form in the UK & Europe.
The word Ayurveda means “ Ayurveda has brought health, wellbeing & happiness to millions of people over more than 5,000 years. By understanding and practicing Ayurveda, with simple changes in daily living practices and incorporating some proven life style changes, we can drastically & radically change our lives.
Our Purpose
At walrusandme we will be introducing and practicing the principles of Ayurveda.
